Alcohol Exclusion

All COOLER SA packages exclude alcohol. COOLER SA can provide the client with a liquor shopping list based on the selected package, cocktail menu, guest count and event requirements.

The client may purchase and supply the required alcohol themselves. Alternatively, the client may request COOLER SA to procure the required liquor on their behalf.

Where COOLER SA procures liquor, the actual liquor procurement cost will be charged at cost plus a 15% procurement/service fee. This fee applies only to the actual liquor procurement cost and does not apply to the COOLER SA event package or other service charges.

Client Responsibility

The client is responsible for the selection of alcohol, compliance with applicable South African liquor regulations, and any event or venue liquor permit requirements. COOLER SA does not hold a liquor licence and does not sell liquor; where COOLER SA procures liquor it does so as the client's agent at the client's request.

Quotations & Validity

Quotations are valid for 14 days from the quote date unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change after the validity period.

Deposit & Payment

A 50% deposit of the total booking value is required to secure a booking. The balance is due prior to the event date as agreed in the quotation.

Transport & Logistics

Delivery is free within a 50 km one-way radius of the COOLER SA base in Phoenix, KwaZulu-Natal. Distances beyond 50 km are charged on the distance above the free allowance, return trip, at the configured rate. Tolls and parking are included in the transport & logistics charge.

Cancellations

Cancellation terms are agreed in the quotation. Deposits may be non-refundable within a defined period of the event date.
