Information We Collect

When you submit an enquiry, quotation request or booking, we collect the details you provide: your name, company, email address, mobile number, event date, venue and address, guest numbers and any event requirements you share with us.

How We Use It

Your information is used solely to prepare and manage your quotation and booking, to plan and deliver your event, to communicate with you about your booking, and to comply with our accounting and legal obligations.

Payments

Deposits and balances are processed by our South African payment partners. COOLER SA does not store your card details. Payment records are retained for accounting and reconciliation purposes.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Details are shared only with team members and service providers who need them to deliver your event, or where we are required to do so by law.

Retention & Access

Booking records are kept for as long as required for operational and statutory purposes. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at sales@coolersa.co.za.
